"U2 by U2". Questo è il titolo del nuovo volume sulla band irlandese uscito negli Stati Uniti d'America. Eccovi un passaggio del libro:

Nel 1975, quattro ragazzi della Mount Temple School di Dublino erano riuniti in una cucina affollata per discutere su come formare una band. Il quarto studio album deli U2, uscito nell'ottobre del 1984, è stato rimasterizzato ed è di unovo in distribuzione per la Mercury Records.

La riedizione di The Unforgettable Fire, il primo album degli U2 prodotto da Brian Eno e Danny Lanois, festeggia i 25 anni di uno degli album più apprezzati dalla band. L'orignale fu registrato allo Slane Castle, e fu preceduto dalla pubblicazione di due singoli che ebbero un incredibile successo in tutto il mondo: "Pride (In The Name Of Love)" e "The Unforgettable Fire".
